Warranty to the Original Purchaser
Scorching PC product is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from purchase date.
- All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- All product names, trademarks are property of their respective companies.
- Scorching PC will repair any system or replace (parts only) at no charge, found to be defective during the labor warranty period specified above.
- The warranty repairs must be performed at a Scorching PC location.
- All eligible returns must have an original invoice, Scorching PC return merchandise authorization number, insured, prepaid and include original packaging and accessories. Unauthorized or incomplete returns may be refused.
- All shipping / handling charges are not refundable.

- Transportation to Scorching PC is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any unit without original Scorching PC tag will be refused. Tag must not have been removed or warranty is void.
- All customers are requested to back up data on hard drives prior to sending in for repair. Scorching PC will not be held responsible for any data loss due to malfunctioning parts. Some malfunctions require Scorching PC to reload operating system software. In such events Scorching PC, will not be liable for lost data.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover modified, repair of cracked, scratched, broken, defaced or removed parts, damage caused beyond control of Scorching PC including software installation. Additionally, damage caused by Acts of God (fire, flood, storm, etc.) or improper electrical at customer facility will not be covered.
